blogger is a content management software which is owned by google inc. with a one blogger account , anyone can create unlimited free blogs with unlimited free space.
process to create a blog :
* first go to blogger.com
* sign in using your gmail ID
* click on continue to blogger
* provide your keyword in the address box and search for the availability of the keyword
* if it is available , provide the title
* click on create blog
* then your blog will be created.
